We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust with my own property. We are family-owned, so if something is not right with a unit, it falls on us, and we correct it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I contact you before you need to contact us.
